You are able to book an initial 2-hour behavioral session (new clients), or a 1 or 2 hour follow up here (previous clients)!  Once you have selected your time, we will send you a confirmation.  As this is a new feature, we apologize for any issues in advance.  Don't forget to check for any TRAVEL FEES here before booking.  Please call with any questions.
In-home trainings are done ONLY on Fridays and Saturdays, and are based on availability.  Due to the high demand for in-home behavioral training, we are usually booked out a couple of weeks, but we will get you in as soon as we can.  You can leave a note within the booking process to be placed on a cancellation list and we will call you if we have a cancellation.  We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Important information about bookings

Update: 6/29/2020

As Gov. Ducey starts shutting things down again, my schedule, as a first responder, is still in constant change and is at the need of the community I serve.  We are continuing to not offer in-home trainings at this time, but are having a few small group classes taught by Trainer Aimee at Pet Planet (Click here for schedule).  We appreciate your patience and look forward to hopefully working with you all soon.

1. Are you offering in-home behavioral training during the COVID-19 pandemic?

At this time, we regrettably are not accepting bookings for in-home private behavioral training.  There are primarily two reasons for this:

  • Our behaviorist Rich is a First Responder and he is working inconsistent hours and is on standby when not at work to report for duty for the safety of the public; so Rich isn't available for trainings.

  • As a First Responder, he has a heightened chance of exposure to COVID-19, so we want to do our part in not spreading the virus to you and your family.

  • We are offering some Zoom sessions on a case by case basis, call/text for details.

2. When will you be offering in-home behavioral sessions again?

As soon as Rich's schedule goes back to normal due to the modified work schedule, we will be able to start accepting bookings again.

3What do I do if I have an appointment already booked?

If you already have an appointment scheduled, you can hold onto it and see if the State of Emergency is lifted before your booking.  If we get to your appointment and the State of Emergency is still in effect, your session will be postponed, and we will reschedule all clients based on the order of their original booking.

4. How do we get put on the waiting list for in-home training sessions?

If you want to be added to our list of people to call and schedule as soon as the COVID-19 pandemic is over, fill in the "Contact Us" form here and we will add you to the list in the order it was received.

5. What about Rattlesnake Avoidance Trainings?

We have started offering this training again, but only for the open sessions.  Check the main page here for dates and times and here for details on the training.

6. What about Group Obedience Classes?

Currently, Tempe classes are still cancelled due to their Parks and Recreation Centers being closed, but our classes at Pet Planet in Mesa have started back up again.  The classes will remain small, and are taught by Trainer Aimee, so sign up today.
